prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Payment
must be made, in full, by credit or debit card at the time of order.
The
contract will be concluded once we have received your valid payment details,
accepted your order, sent you a sample of your preferred fabric and have
received an email confirmation from you that you are satisfied with your fabric
choice. Manufacture of the product will then begin, and the lead times quoted
on the website commence from the start of manufacture.
The
measurements of the products on our website are as accurate as possible, but
are approximate due to the varying nature of the materials used in manufacture.
It
is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct size of headboard
is ordered. We strongly recommend that you measure your bed width prior to
ordering your headboard.
We
reserve the right to refuse your order.
All
products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any
time. Prices and delivery details are subject to change without notice.
All
items are made to order and, therefore, are not subject to the Consumer
Contracts Regulations. They are non-cancellable, non-refundable or
exchangeable. This is due to the costs incurred in the manufacture of the goods
that begins once the order has been placed. Your statutory rights are not
affected.
Fabrics
that are cut specifically to your required length are unable to be cancelled,
refunded or exchanged unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
will be made by Parcel Force. Requests for specific delivery dates or times may
be subject to an additional delivery cost. We currently only deliver to the UK.
In
the event of you having to return your goods, due to damage in transit or
because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email or phone, as soon
as you have unpacked the item and within 7 days of receiving your goods. We
will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in line with the Customer
Contracts Regulations.
We
will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by
you or any third party.

We
undertake to respond to all complaints within five days working days.
We
will process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will
keep your contact details on a customer database and may contact you on
occasion via our newsletter. We will give you the opportunity to refuse any
further marketing material from us. We will not pass your name and address to
any third parties. We will not hold your payment card details.
