How long will my order take?
Your headboard will be with you in approximately 3-4 weeks from confirmation of your fabric choice.
As the headboards are made to order for each individual customer, we will not commence making your order until you have confirmed your fabric choice.
How do I fit my headboard?
There are two methods of fixing, wooden struts and wall mounted.
- Wooden struts: These are supplied as part of your order. They can be attached to your bed via the bolts located on the back of your divan base.
- Wall Mounted: We recommend fixing heavier headboards to the wall. We can supply your headboard complete with a Wall Fixing Kit, with easy to fit instructions, for £25.
Please note that we will not include wooden struts with your headboard if you have ordered a Wall Fixing Kit.
What are the dimensions of the headboards?
Dimensions are as follows:
- Single 92cm wide
- Small double 122cm wide
- Double 136cm wide
- King Size 152cm wide
- Super King 182cm wide
Height is either 70cm or 90cm depending on the size chosen by the customer. When deciding on the height of headboard required, the customer should measure from the top of the mattress, which is where the bottom of the headboard should be positioned.
Depth is approximately as follows:
- Luss 8cm
- Fruin 5cm
- Cailness 5cm
- Arden 5cm
- Tarbet shallow 5cm
- Tarbet deep 8cm
Can I order extra fabric?
Yes, you can order fabric by the metre here.
Can I use my own fabric?
You can supply your own fabric but there are certain requirements regarding fire safety precautions. Please contact us to find out more.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
All items are made to order and, therefore, are not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. They are non-cancellable, non-refundable or exchangeable. This is due to the costs incurred in the manufacture of the goods that begins once the order has been placed.
Fabrics that are cut specifically to your required length are unable to be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
In the event of you having to return your goods, due to damage in transit or because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us, via email or by phone, as soon as you have unpacked the items and within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in line with the Customer Contracts Regulations.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery
Delivery will be made by Parcel Force. Delivery for up to two headboards is £25.00. Please contact us to get a quote for delivery of larger orders or to request special delivery days or times.
